Our single most important goal is that customers work with us and return to us because they want to, not because we have locked them into systems and technology that only we can develop, maintain and support. All of our systems are about putting the customer in control, that way if they are not entirely happy with anything we do it is easy for them to take their business elsewhere.

There is a proverb that says: "If you want to have friends, you need to be a friend". We believe this is as true in business as in any other area of life. When you are trying to start or build a small business you need all the friends you can get.
